At the end pf the day it depends on what you want. If I was a developer and I wanted a job, I would learn almost anything over flutter. There are just not many jobs in flutter compared to react or native app development with swift or Kotlin. Flutter is fine for basic mobile apps, but if you write anything moderately complex there just isn’t the ecosystem to develop something quickly and you will hit problems where you have to build native parts into your app. You will be writing a ton of custom modules. Look at super editor as an example of this. The guy has been working on a text editing component forever and he actually worked on the Fluter team for a while. Finally the web flutter stuff still isn’t ready for prime time. Also it is best for small teams, there are just not many big apps using flutter. Also it is sponsored and funded by google, the king of killing projects.
